Principal

In 2009, Jeff Griffin founded JKG Collaborative based on a collaborative design approach
with his clients and team. With 30+ years experience, Jeff’s methodology has proven to be successful. He has designed well over two million square feet of ambulatory surgery centers, university health centers and both private and public medical practices, with a construction value that exceeds $250 million.

Jeff stresses continued education and communication with his clients throughout the life of the project, from concept to concrete. Because many clients are building for the
first time, he uses practical technology and language to ensure his clients understand the design and construction process. As a result, many first time clients become long term relationships.

After an in-depth practice analysis that focuses on practice patterns, patient flow,
staff productivity and morale, and the patient’s experience, Jeff applies his expertise and innovative tools to create organic, vibrant environments for working, healing, and business efficiency. He passionately
supports initiatives that lessen our impact on the environment, by promoting the use of sustainable materials, efficient energy use, and modern solutions while creating facilities that will be used by the next generation
of doctors.
