St. Cloud Orthopedic Associates is one of the country's few privately funded LEED certified health care projects.  The 60,000 square foot building and underground parking structure was designed from the beginning to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The two story facility achieves its LEED rating by use of local materials, geo-thermal heating, and extensive lighting controls.  
Medical offices require large footprints for efficient layouts, making it difficult to bring in natural light.  Jeff's solution uses clerestory lighting and high ceilings to create an open, inviting interior space.  
The exterior incorporates a wall system of insulated pre-cast concrete with a thin brick veneer that minimize construction time and debris.
